Sure. Might want to change the first of his name with something else. He's not the first with the name.

To not keep the thread one liner: Reasi should have been a good indicator of how the GoI wants to handle similar incidents. Citizens have been executed in cold blood inside the country and it seems GoI has a certain threshold below which action might not be taken. War, uncertainty, military movement causes expenditures, maybe the calculus is that unless the loss would be greater without a war, conflicts wouldn't be entertained.

Problem is, this also creates a precedence of inaction. Current government has the dossier precedence of 26/11. No one can accuse it of doing too little compared to previous ones. Citizens need to find out what's the threshold? 28 people didn't make the cut. Mumbai shows a hundred wouldn't work either. Is it 500? 1000? Is it proportional to how much population India can lose and still go on? Is it inversely proportional to how close elections are?

Citizens being executed on their own soil by Non/State Actors isn't normal. Government not starting a military response to this invasion isn't normal either. Yet, we are being cajoled, told, coaxed that this is normal. Government will do something. It was worse back then etc.
Best figure out which abnormal -normal one can live with in India.
