I own a very small factory (my father does, but same thing) and for a fire noc I had to install firefighting equipment, do the staff training etc which cost a lot.

But on the other side, I have seen a couple of my friends factories burn down and them running from pillar to post to get insurance approved.

A small cost to avoid a small possibility is much better than a very big cost for that small possibility

Mittal has already achieved that, he only keeps his indian citizenship for some tax evasion jhol in the UK

They do, if dhandhos don't comply they may lose lucratic bijness opportunities or get tied in regulatory hurdles..

Thing with Dhandhos is, as long as they have LARGEST REFINERY IN TEH WURLD IN JAMNAGAR, majority of their steel mills, screwdriver factories etc within the country, Govt has their balls in it's palm.

Problem happens when these facilities are worthless because the dhandho's outfit is going bankrupt in case of Vijay Maal Le Gaya, who also escaped to UK
