That video show huge secondary explosions. That's proof that weapons were in that building. Whine and cry all you like. Russia is not intentionally targeting civilians. It's also against international law to store weapons near civilians. But Ukraine prefers to use civilians as shields and then wants us to throw a pity party when they become causalities.
