I read about it and searched on internet a bit,
Belarussian VSK-100-3 here is nothing but militarised version of Russian Molot Vepr FM AK-47-21
Molot Vepr FM AK-47 7.62x39 caliber semi auto rifle with left-side folding tubular stock and 5 rounds magazine

Molot plant was/is the only plant in Russia that manufactured RPK pattern Kalashnikov LMGs there, and since they were enlarged AKs in LMG format, it had got reinforced front trunnion, thicker profile barrel, slightly enlarged handguards, a slightly more angled buttstock means rear trunnion was also different than standard AK or AKM and such strengthened parts, of course it means rifle's also going bulky at 4.2 kg on empty magazine
So Molot guys provided ToT to Belarus, they militarised their civilian export oriented shortened RPK-based AK and sold it back to Porkies
no wonder it's gotten some 900 rounds per minute firing rate and 'higher quality' recoil spring as its RPK based AK in standard configuration, but you'll also see it also makes it jump around a lot, and despite having a threaded muzzle there (hidden under thread protector) they don't seem to providing any muzzle device from the factory to compensate for muzzle climb

i also assume that if it's original RPK fork there, they wouldn't have put any hammer retarder - a part in AKM and above Kalashnikovs that delays slamming of hammer by momentarily obstructing its movement, for better controllability on full auto as well more constant full auto fire rate - thus further making it uncontrollable for most people on full auto
the only net positive i see regarding this VSK-100-3 here is, since it's RPK fork in standard AK-ish size and configuration, i am assuming its thicker barrel would provide far more continuous full auto firing ability than your standard AKs, it's more tolerant for such things
and perhaps for ~800 some US$ per rifle it's in acceptable price range for a bhikhmanga cuntry like porkshitstain too lol
reminder, Russians themselves modernised RPK series with RPK-16, a swappable barrel LMG in 5.45x39mm but their experiences in Ukraine shown it to be rather bulky and redundant when standard AKs can serve same role just fine
