Chandrachooth will be wringing his hands . However he's laid the foundations for this matter to be pursued to its logical conclusion in the judiciary. I'm suspecting it should reach fruition during that dickraa Pardiwala's tenure as CJI which in the order of seniority should be around 6 yrs from now.

Sir why then allow political appointees to run hindu temples? If govt has laid stake on temple funds and management, verily its govt duty to maintain sanctity of temple and hindu faith. And verily its within hindu right to know whether they are being duped or not?

🤣

🤣
no one remembers previous CJI name. Anyway they will be remembered as what is there organisations reputation i.e delays, bribery, injustice.

Our Milaudas are in a league of their own . Anything can be proved to be legally tenable if they've set their minds to it .

Only this exclusive clique black-robed priests are fit to decipher the holy text that is the Kaanstitooshan.
You can't argue with these priests either

I mean you can but you should be like ideologically aligned with priests, then you get let off by paying a fine of 2rs

Oops ! I think I laughed out too soon . We may yet see a parting shot from this CJI to cement his place in history.

Unlikely. Domestic violence laws are a clusterfuck already - nobody wants to disturb the status quo. Moondust is engaging in virtue signalling because he really wants that post at Harvard. I called it correctly the last time too (back when the old DFI went into meltdown after some folks approached the SC seeking legal recognition for 'same sex marriages').

There's a term in corporate jargon - creeping acquisition. The judiciary is following the same path here by repeatedly taking up such cases not with a view to pronouncing a verdict they'd love to pronounce but to mould public opinion like this woman here.

It's a slow process but the aim is to get there one day with respect to marital rape or same sex marriage or any other white hot topic which attracts unfavorable public opinion today.

This is basically how Marxists/Leftists have social engineered degeneracy into modern society
You can take the example of the LGTVHD+ who were total degenerate outcasts prior to the 60s and today they are considered normal.

And how can he claim that this is democractic and does not violate basic principles of the Constitution? He is basically handpicking his own successor without any democratic input from the people. This judicial tyranny must end. The GoI must show balls by denying his choice and tell him to step down and let GoI choose the successor as the GoI is the elected voice of the people's mandate.

it's based on seniority. the moment a judge is appointed to SC, their date of retirement determines whether someone becomes CJI or not.

in the wiki page itself, you can see who will come next after justice khanna.
