Turkiye : News , Discussions & Updates.

Does Turkey not have a rocket-launching site on it's territory for some geographic reason?
Like France has it's site on some Pacific island territory fore e.g
We have set up a lunching site in the north of the country to drop first and second stage rockets on the sea but the area is not affordable since due being far to Ecuador, it costs much to lunch from there. That place will be for worse cases for the cases even costs is not an issue anymore.
Somali area will be affordable to lunch rockets to space. It will be less costly to lunch anything compared to the lunch site in Türkiye.
Currently Türkiye does not have a commercial rocket as well but aiming to have in 2030s. This area is for that aim.
That area also will be used to test turkiyes future ballistic missiles with ranges more than 1500-2000 km

They can still fund the defense industry, look at the padosi mulq for example
That said padosi mulq people have low standards are willing to live like pigs, don't think the Turks will let their govt get away though.
Türkiye is in better condition compared to many countries in terms of individuals daily life. Our engineers earn 1500-2000 USD in a month , in defense Industry this is 3000-4000 USD in a month. Minimum wage is around 500-550 USD as of now.
