rare sightings of UFO in most developed world means they already study the strongest possible opponents and for the question about being more technologically advanced then we are nowhere near them , we never landed on any extraterrestrial planets but they already did and by looks of it, many times.
So it's just matter of time for an actual interaction between the two species , but not anytime near for sure.

Question is why alien don't want to interact with us, if they coming so frequently??

In my opinion these are not your regular media "green men from mars/proxima centuri la_da lassun" but are way beyond that, these objects themselves can be more than just "vehicles". The radars that've tracked them usually catch them going from earth to outer space and not other way around !

There's a lot of local folklore in several ancient "pagan" cultures that describe the supernatural aspect after interaction with these flying things. Look I've been a teetotaler and wish to remain so. I've seen these things, the intricate patterns that they made while flying and remember those vividly. These experiences had me questioning reality, always felt like the autopilot getting disengaged. I just hope people understand me
