Where are the rotary blades in drone being seen in the video which you claim? Can you exactly pinpoint. The pic here is of some other craft and both are completely different.

It is something similar to the one I posted but with rotary blades. I recall seeing it on popular mechanics or some other tech website years ago.

I was identifying it. And that kind of car has not been accepted into mainstream yet so if it’s flying it’s a matter of deduction.
