Whatever it is. They've more or less accepted it's a meme force now that it needs to induct 20 KM heliborne AShMs just for "numbers". Even the NASM-SR for Indian Navy has a range of >55 KM.

I was just reading about LHD/LPDs, the Angloid ones, there are two ships, these both are "mothballed"
Why?

Because they are facing a shortage of sailors in their navy
Literally no crew for their ships, especially the non-sexy support ships apparently.

Truly their current state is the Lord's punishment upon them
