The weapons systems on the chopping block are:

• The Royal Navy's two amphibious assault ships, HMS Albion and HMS Bulwark. They will be taken out of service at the end of the year - around a decade early in a blow to the ability of the Royal Marines to launch land assaults from the sea.
• A fleet of 17 Royal Air Force Puma helicopters, as well as 14 of the military's oldest Chinook helicopters
• A fleet of 46 Watchkeeper drones - each worth about £5m - barely six years since they entered into service
• HMS Northumberland, a Type 23 frigate, which is in need of costly repairs and has already operated well beyond an 18-year out-of-service date
Two large Royal Fleet Auxiliary ships, RFA Wave Knight and RFA Wave Ruler - vessels which carry fuel and supplies to enable the Royal Navy's aircraft carriers to operate around the world.

Sauce on either one or both their carriers being mothballed

Sidelining the carriers won't return the billions already spent, but another issue is that the Royal Navy largely lacks the escorts to make up a carrier strike group (CSG), which is why NATO warships accompanied HMS Queen Elizabeth during her 2021 deployment to the Indo-Pacific and back.

As The Telegraph also reported, HMS Prince of Wales was forced to rely on foreign support during her most recent deployment – and the paper cited the Royal Navy's "staffing crisis," resulting in the solid stores support ship being unable to resupply the carrier.

An army travels on its stomach, but more carriers have large crews that also need to be fed while aviation fuel and ordnance need to be delivered to the vessels at sea.

The Royal Navy once famously proclaimed that it ruled the waves, but that fact is no longer true – as China and India each now operate two carriers, with the former now conducting sea trials of its third carrier

Whatever left is also out of service. Apparently all their nuclear submarines are out of service as well but these are secrets that won't be available easily I guess.

There are few things which we can try to lay hands on. Will be welcomed addition for our fleet.

Why does it need such a huge navy & overall defense budget is too high.

With rising social expenditures, homelessness & poverty, Britan should re-focus its attention to primary social sectors rather rather on anglo pride "power play".

Also, this country does not need any nuclear weapons, such expenditures can be redirected to its poor & refugees.

In fact, their nuclear program should be capped, rolled back & eliminated.

Also their permanent seat at UN security council is a waste of vote & illogical in the current age.

Hope some aid-giving limey cuck is reading this.
They will implement most of this in the next decade inshallah

Are these Petitions recognized by Law anywhere? Do they have any legal status, and can it force anybody to take any actions?
No, those petition themselves mean nothing. Just the left-labor is cooked and UK is in utter dark Days.
