don't worry about this, India has a habit of leap frogging. this has happened so many times in the past in various sectors. if any tech passes the Indian criteria of "value", it immediately gets democratised and scaled at levels the world can't even anticipate.

Reminds me of the stuff we see in Captain America and Wolverine movies. A young man strapped to a bed of some sort and waking up as a superhero. Our men on the border need that.
