Agreed. While being a self sustained , second to none capable team as the tip of the spear is a good thing, it does not bode well when your brothers in arms avoid interacting with you and avoid going out on missions as well.
This should have been nipped in the bud long time ago but now its far too late unless they actually go through an overhaul. However, I am pretty sure no one outside the DEVGRU leadership will be taken seriously if they ever tried it.
