What has changed for IAF since 2019?
Though the overall squadron strength on paper is same as then... but there has been a limited qualitative improvement in existing fleet... apart from induction & operationalization of 4x squadrons new fighter jets... 2x each of Rafale & Tejas MK1. (If there's no threat of all out Chinese aggression then the Rafale squadron at Hashimara can be deployed temporarily to western front).
Among the existing assets... the Su-30MKI(front deployed ones) & Mig-29 have been integrated with Israeli BNET SDR which is 3 in 1... SDR, DATA LINK & IFF in one system.
There was a limited procurement of 110km range version of R-77 & later Astra was integrated in the fighter fleet.
129x SU-30MKI got upgraded with indigenous RWR.
No improvement in AWACS situation... NETRA MK2 deal not yet inked contrary to perceptions. No Airborne SOJ either.
Induction of 3x S-400 is a bit relief... 2 of which are deployed on western front.
Additional MRSAM & AKASH units have come up on western front.
Air & Surface launched

are in numbers... plus the acquisition of Israeli RAMPAGE(numbers unknown).
Ground based EW Capabilities of IAF & IA have not been displayed in a conflict... so no knowledge.
That's it.
