Personally this PC is such an odd one out. The admin slot looks out of place, the side wings doesn't seem to have any way to mount expanders. The front just has woven molle panel etc.

Yup this will be the standardised Rucksystem.
Apart from this as a daypack, Berghaus Monro II are also used often.
