The family of each victim is to get about 10 lakhs from the government of J&K and NSE donated 1 crore in financial aid (to be divided among the victims, which makes it some 3-4 lakhs). LIC is also looking to settle claims quickly which is also a huge relief when you consider how long it can take for insurance claims to get settled (speaking from personal experience). The home states of the victims might also give further compensation when their remains are brought back.

From the SM I've browsed, Indian liberals seem to be supporting India, just asking for Indian Muslims to be left alone though.
