Supreme Court settles 63 year old legal battle between a landlord and a tenant over rented accommodation

Along with the Justice Yeshwant Verma case & the Collegium's splendid handling of the situation under the able stewardship of CJI Khanna, this is yet another feather in the cap of our judiciary.

Of course plenty of other feathers out there too, just that we're unaware of it.

Justice has been served to probably the third generation of litigants.

we should do what gora gormint does when gora gormint wants to give PHAAK YOU to its courts and go blow up some asshole's house coz its one of those 'we all know he's guilty but we botched the case and law is asshole like that' :

Cause a 'WHOOPS' accident of a truck swerving into the house. Then show up and find a cracked pillar, call it structurally unsafe and bulldoze it.
Courts cant do SHIT here when gormint does that ( rare but it happens in canadian boonies where gormint is dehati canadian level) and the victims family- if they dont have general home insurance, are fucked.
