Sir with due to regard to your partisan outlook in favour of BJP ,and with cognizance of various national and international vagaries being faced by the Prime minister, I think it can be said without doubt that India's response or kinetic response has been and will once again be muted .
I understand that abeyance ( not abrogation) of Indus water treaty and the Prime minister's strategic over sight to built various dams on the river system is commendable but it lacks any immediate impact which is visible to the public .
The Prime minister has deferred the responsibility for a retaliation to the Armed forces apparently giving them a " proverbial free hand " but they have been given a free hand numerous times by now .
It's well understood that unless the Pm desires a war , it shall not come to pass .
Which is wholly regrettable.
I still have for my part have not abandoned a hope for even a limited kinetic strike on the enemy , if not a full scale war , but now that possibility too looks far fetched .

More people die of road accidents than by Muslims. Then why solve Muslim issue, is that the logic at play here?

Look, if execution of 28 of your citizens inside the country doesn't make you emotional and instead weigh their life against gdp and etc to take it as acceptable losses- maybe it's time to all what exactly is the thing being safeguarded?

After reading all arguments here and on SM I think the broad category of opinions is as such listing by severity of desired action.
1. The attack immediately gang.
2. The prepare stocks and attack gang.
3. Prepare for a winter campaign a la 1971.
4. China hawk gang .. China will take action so build up to counter said action and only then attack.
5. Dhandho gang.. We have a once in lifetime to truely become an industrialized nation if we play our cards right with unkil .. we can do to china what china did to the ussr. So lets not fuck it up by any war.

I have already made such agreements with some here. With you specifically, I'm wary because you call anything by BJP a masterstroke.

If there's a flood tomorrow you might say water moves so it's kinetic, and GoI put abeyance of IWT so kinetic action taken.

Or some Baloch blows up something and you credit the BJP.
