Air defense systems come into play later. Pakistan is geographically close to India, and its nuclear delivery systems are outdated. Unlike Russia or the U.S., Pakistan lacks a modern air force and advanced air defense systems. Every nuclear installation within Pakistan can be precisely targeted and destroyed. India-Pakistan nuclear standoff is nothing like the U.S.-Russia standoff. The level of sophistication in delivery systems, defense capabilities, and conventional military strength that Russia and the U.S. possess is nothing like Pakistan has.

if Hamas had nuclear weapons, it doesn’t mean they would be able to launch them at Israel. In fact, even Iran, with its greater capabilities, cannot launch nuclear weapons against Israel

But we might see a test made public soon at this rate. But paxtan's strategic depth is quite shallow, and their launch sites will be preemptively struck before they can get any meaningful payload in the air. Probably aside from Rus and US, nobody else has the missiles to cheat our ABM arsenal.​

They'd be relying more on Cruise Missiles with a minimal payload. Basically they think they can deter India by exploding such devices on an invading Indian force on their soil.

BMs would be used as a last resort. Even they're aware of its vulnerabilities. Having said that we don't know what's the latest tech they've managed thru DPRK. The latter's now into SLBMs & tested an SLCM last year .

How effective they're is another matter but the new lot of Yuan submarines China's building for the Paxtanis should give them some such capabilities.

lol...do u really think one momin care about other momin. no BM system is 100% full proof....even if they r 100% effective, they can be swarmed by MBRL, cheaper missiles, conventional ballistic missiles nd nuclear ballistic missiles later.
so unless we hv 1 GW laser shield (which we will develop after 300 KW laser system) in most of our cities with BMD nd SAM system,,,,,we cant be sure of our safety. beside this i think we should hv advance land jamming system also. which can jam big portion of pakistani cities nd missile sites. military satellites nd radar coverage also played its role. EMP missile nd system also should be in our arsenal.

BM defence is not foolproof at all. Youthis managed to land a direct hit near Tel aviv airport today, narrowly avoiding a mass casualty (easily 1000+ death) event. This is why all the barak-8 will shoot all paki mijjiles down is complete copium. Much safer to have a gigantic pile of offensive missiles ready to deploy and fire at moments notice, something which we definitely lack. Pralay missiles are still not mass ordered for example
