What all does that subsidy entail? My focus was on MSP, has that gone up or come down? All pointers I see are to it increasing.

MP has also reduced it's capital expenditure to accomodate increase in welfare to meet the fiscal deficit target. That's not wise, particularly when they are piling up debt to dole out freebies.
