his profile banner says, he wants to abolish income tax.

Do we have Susu Swammy's alt on this forum?
his profile banner says, he wants to abolish income tax.
Deficits are not increasing.
Freebies are not increasing (because subsidy budgets are declining).
Will you ever stop making an ass out of yourself?
Nah, you can always lose an election so that congis can play around with your surplus.
Bwahahahaha! A decrease in food subsidies cannot coincide with an increase in MSP procurements.
If you are so confident, how about proving me wrong, anon? Show me that net procurements at the MSP is increasing y-o-y on real rupee terms? Choose any crop, wheat for instance. Show me that they are increasing.
I am losing patience now, just how big of a moron are you? What do you think food subsidies stand for?
Oh, trust me. You do not want to know about my qualifications, some of the forum old timers are already aware and I do not like to brag.
Telangana is ruled by congressis, you effin' nutjob. KCR left them with bad fiscal health and the union govt is screwing them (they take pride in screwing states with poor fiscal health). Their CM will cry more once more allocations get cut.

please carry on with your world view. even if we have a convo, my opinions will not matter to you.
yes, reservations lower standards.
Neither will mine matter to you.
I didn't know quoting someone means you agree with each and everyone of their world view.
Tbh @Nicky you are a low tier caste baiter/blackpiller. Picking up random tweets of karma farmers on twitter and posting the same here ever since Gormint announced caste census.
You won't be banned or anything as DFB is way more chill than DFI but I wish you would put more effort to what you post.
This is just me being frustrated, others can be in favor of Nicky or against him.
of course your opinions matter to me.
thanks your posts above, i went down the rabbit hole and found out that food subsidy to FCI as a % of central budget has been dropping after the massive hike during covid. and MP is a revenue surplus state.
Are you retarded? Maharashtra went from a surplus to deficit, MP cut down it's capital overlay to fund welfare.
That's what I said, it doesn't matter who is in power. Once you start the freebies game, it's disater.
Nope, you made the claim that MSPs have come down. Prove it with crop, before and after figures.
I don't care about your patience. Subsidies can be many kinds such as fertilizer, electricity. They need not be only MSP.
I couldn't care less about any qualifications. What you post here is just dumb.
So what's Telengana's fiscal deficit compared to BJP ruled states? It's an example of what happens when you run behind freebies.
Based. Chad Fadnavis should channel more money into the economy just to piss off you bhosdapillars some more.
On a more serious note, what is the use of surplus if congressis come to power and wreack havoc like they did in Karnataka? Also, Maha can afford way bigger deficit numbers with minimal stress on the budgetory side.
List of 'Muh disasters';
1. Fiscal defictis are coming down
2. Revenue deficits are coming down
3. Forex reserves on steroids
Such a disaster, lmao!
Food subsidies are used to provide free foodgrains under the PDS scheme which in turn are procured at MSP rates. I understand you are a complete nutjob but just bear with me for a few seconds more, okay?
Imagine you, along with your neighbors, are about to buy some wheat from a neighborhood grocery store, okay?
Now, please bear with me, it won't get too complicated, okay?
Now, suppose all the people in your neighborhood have taken terrible financial hits and are left with little money to buy wheat.
Is it getting complicated, anon? Trust me it is very simple, please bear with me for a little bit.
Now, since you folks have little money you purchase less. And if this keeps happening for a few months, the grocery store owner will lower his wholesale stock to match your demands.
Why? Because he does not want to suffer losses by procuring more than his customers will buy.
See, nothing complicated, at all!
So, all in all, it does not make sense for the store owner to raise higher stocks, you get it, right, buddy?
Now draw some parallels, replace your budget with 'food subsidies', replace the grocery store owner with FCI godowns and replace the wholesaler (who sells to the store owner) with farmers who are selling at MSP rates.
Can the MSP procurements go up realistically, my dear based lolbu bhosdapillar?
No? Attaboi!
Even fertilizer subsidies have been cut down. Lmao, brainrot on a different level.
You literally did, my dear based hondutwabadi. You made a personal attack on my qualifications, did you not, my dear bhosdapillar?
He. He. He.
All you based chad hondu bhosdapillars are so utterly predictable, lmao.
You have displayed that you are, indeed, capable of looking up something on the Google like a perfectly normal human being. Why do you need me to compare their fiscal math with others, my dear based bhosdapillar?
Then why would you claim your doesn't matter to me? If you make a logical point, I'll listen.
Those defending deficit funding of freebies is not logical to me from an economic view, though it might be from a political view in the short term.
What all does that subsidy entail? My focus was on MSP, has that gone up or come down? All pointers I see are to it increasing.
MP has also reduced it's capital expenditure to accomodate increase in welfare to meet the fiscal deficit target. That's not wise, particularly when they are piling up debt to dole out freebies.
Good! You are getting better at Googling stuff! So much gibberish with so little content.
Here you go regarding MSP.

As for qualifications, you started it, you can keep it.
As of the 2023–24 fiscal year, Telangana's fiscal deficit stood at ₹49,373 crore, amounting to 3.4% of its Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP), according to revised estimates. For the 2024–25 fiscal year, the state has targeted a fiscal deficit of ₹49,255 crore, which is 3% of its GSDP PRS Legislative Research.
In comparison, several Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-ruled states reported fiscal deficits exceeding the 3% GSDP threshold in 2023–24. For instance, Uttar Pradesh projected a fiscal deficit of ₹84,883 crore, which is 3.5% of its GSDP, while Madhya Pradesh estimated a deficit of ₹55,705 crore, or 3.4% of its GSDP. These figures indicate that Telangana's fiscal deficit is comparable to, and in some cases lower than, those of certain BJP-ruled states.
It's important to note that the central government permits states to maintain a fiscal deficit of up to 3.5% of GSDP, with an additional 0.5% allowed for those undertaking specific power sector reforms Press Information Bureau.
As of the 2023–24 fiscal year, Maharashtra's fiscal deficit was estimated at ₹1,10,355 crore, constituting 2.4% of its Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP). For the 2024–25 fiscal year, the budget estimates a fiscal deficit of ₹1,36,235 crore, amounting to 2.8% of GSDP.
Overall, Telangana's fiscal deficit aligns with the permissible limits set by the central government and is on par with, or better than, the fiscal performance of several BJP-ruled states.
Good! You are getting better at Googling stuff!
Just a few steps more, my dear chad bhosdapillar hondu anon!
Do you see any data on the annual procurement numbers? Like how much of X variety crop was procured at MSP rates in year Y, in year Y+1 and so on?
No?
Damn! Concerning! Who woulda thunk?
nah mate, carry on.
these days, i am not keen on getting in convos which heavily rely on opinions rather than data.
i am acutely aware that there are many things i do not know about our own country, and sometimes i take years to form a firm opinion on any subject matter. so i usually do not have opinions ready on everything, only observations.
Chat gpt is really good at these questions that require excessive googling.
Mere attacks, and no rebuttal. You don't seem to abe able to read figures provided by the government itself.
Show me the procurement figures as I have shown you MSP numbers.
Telengana deficit is less than MP, how are they bankruptcy?
I thought you were getting better at Googling stuff, but I am disappointed, my dear chad bhosdapillar hondu.
They can raise MSPs and simultaneously cut down on procurements (because of reduced food subsidies).
Even those dehati semi-literate annadatas are brighter than you - which is why they are protesting.
It is you who claimed that higher MSPs are affecting 'muh deficits' so the burden of proof should lie on you, no, my dear chad hondu bhosdapillar?Show me the decrease in procurement with actual data and not could claims.
It is you who claimed that higher MSPs are affecting 'muh deficits' so the burden of proof should lie on you, no, my dear chad hondu bhosdapillar?
Either way, they drag their feet on publishing that data (only drips are leaked through media) because they are well aware of the reality despite their tall rhetorics over 'muh higher MSP reeee'.
Last year they procured so little wheat that their stocks reached a 16 year low (barely above the buffer);
MSPs detroying fiscal, my ass!![]()
Because they procured very little last year and were dangerously close to the buffer. You are illiterate. Wheat procurement has gone up.
