Operation Sindoor and Aftermath

Mail-SPL-468-X60-2x

Does this guy think ceasefire's workout in vacuum?

We all know how it went.
Pakis approached US and begged them,
US asked us to go for a ceasefire,
we told US to tell pakis to call us asking for same,
Pakis called us and then ceasefire happened.

Our position after hitting terrorists was not one of escalation but retaliation.
As Pakis attacked, we ratcheted up the ante until Pakis begged Orange man for a way out.

When these experts pretend not to know the goals of our attacks on Paki terrorist hide-outs, this is what we get.

Are BJP top brass full of ignorants. informing pakistani govt before bombing them, is traitorous. Whoever made this decision should be charged with sedition charges.

Jaishankar has proven to be an abject failure. All the laser eyes rhetoric notwithstanding, he has strained our relationship with Russia, complicated things with EU and US is highly mercurial right now.

I would say Ambani did more to mend fences with Trump than Jaishankar. No wonder the multiparty delegations were launched post Operation Sindoor as a show of diplomatic strength.

Pindi Fauji foundation will find it hard to stop their JeM chimpanzees from chimping out. A few more insulting jabs from our side might push them over the edge and compel them to lash out, giving us the casus belli we need

Pakistan army is not certified unit
The core commaders are like
Warlords each have its own ideologies
And financial compliance

We will see many inter service rivalry in pakistan in coming days

if lord Brahma was all that was needed for the cosmos, lord shiva and lord vishnu wouldn't have existed. everyone has their designated roles to play.

it so happens, when it comes to execution, all theories cannot be translated to actions, real world actions occur within the realm of practicality of the circumstances of the day,at some point theories need to have feedback loop built within.

non-escalation is built into the first statement released on op sindoor, precedent had been set in 2016 surgical strikes itself.

2016

Indian Army conducted surgical strikes on terror launchpads: DGMO

Indian Army doesn’t plan to continue with surgical strike against terrorist launchpad across LOC as of now while stating that India’s intention is to maintain peace and tranquillity in the region

this policy predates jai shankar as EAM.

military aspect of op sindoor may have ended, diplomatic phase op sindoor has just begun. i have already listed out the number of times terrorism has been made centre piece of bilateral and multilateral agreements and statements since 2016.

whether it is modi, doval, misri, jai shankar, service chiefs, DGMOs, etc etc. everybody is playing their roles.

as far as sm outrage is concerned, mob mentality is built into the way SM operates.

chances are, next escalation will also follow the same precedent.

the country as a whole, needs to find an answer for the tangential logic keeda. exfarts send these kind of logics into the world, without a mechanism to debate and close the loop. result is that, 10 years later some idiot will pick up these de-contextualised bits and pieces of information and throw at us to win some pointless debates usually during elections.

Chellany was old DS boot licker

I am not going to go on conspiracy theories about Dr. Jaishankar. But he did look a bit angry and not his usual cool self when he gave that briefing. He normally knows exactly what to say but not during that briefing. He must have been under a lot of stress because Pakis called out his BS and hit back with their military despite his unnecessary cautions to them. India’s foreign service has always been a bit naive when it comes to international diplomacy. I find them not knowing what to say and how to say it. They say things that the world does not understand or appreciate. Look at the kinds of people Americans appoint as top diplomats. They are proven leaders who can bend the narrative to their styles.
Jaishankar kept saying the targets were not paki military but he also kept saying paki military sent these terrorists. People can get confused as to why we have a strategy like this and this dents his credibility. Who are we trying to appease by making such statements? No one cares. The world would have appreciated more if we said the Paki military had a hand and just gone after them. I have said this before: making such gandhigiri type statements makes us look foolish. No one believes such statements from us. I say we stop with such statements. Not a single credible international press applauded us for not targeting the porki military. Did even pacifist Japan applaud our “principled” stand? This has not happened in the past either when we said the same during Pulwama attack that we are not targeting Paki military. Did this prevent the Pakis from targeting our military?
Why do we say such things? Why? The west no longer gives a shit about India due to our Russian positioning. So, why are we giving a shit about them? Strength respects strength. Do not do this unnecessary Gandhigiri. It is ridiculous.

That is international diplomacy 101

Yes west doesn't hold our position

But they do it with every non nato nation

For west trade and money is everything

There effort to stop this was based on there business interests in India and there investments

If west was truly anti India
Pakistan was supported by

Western security apparatus like they did in 1971

You know same US once sent there 7th fleet
To psychologically deter us .

So does UK

In 2025 they just dis interested with Pakistan

Pakistan lost it's relevance after US widrawal

Except lip service Pakistan doesn't have support and or scale investment we get from West.

Geopolitics is pure heartless art
There is no space for emotions

MEA will do what it does best
Without catering to Emotions of civilians

Balancing every side is the Job of diplomat.

One more thing Jaishankar not sabotaged are relationship with Russians

Russians

Were playing us For so long
They catering Pakistan

For years

Remember Pipe deal .RD93

Russians are not soveits

They are Chinese Side kick

And after Ukraine war there industry are heavy
Depends on Chinese Technologies

Russians opposed our nuclear test to appease west
For investments and entry into EU

Its was France that stood by us

By the way, can any informed member here confirm whether IAF uses any specialized runway denial munitions like Matra Durandal or not?? @Azaad , @randombully
No idea. Haven't read much on it coz I wasn't looking for it nor came across any such article listing those details you seek.

However someone posted we launched Khagantak LRGBs as per Saurav Jha in his IAH program on DDR last night. I myself haven't found time to see it though.

Should be worth a watch I reckon for the information you seek . Even otherwise , IAH episodes usually make for a good watch.

Most ((( new members ))) seem to be congi and DMK pillas :bplease:
DMK minions are worse than Mullahs. You can't just reason with them.
Even Muslim will submit to the reasonings. They're not apologetic & are proud/open about what they do but the Periyar loonies are like NPCs.
You can hate Modi, Hindus. That's not the issue but you can't just have constructive arguments with those clowns. Their arguments start with abuse, caste, gaali galoj, name calling & such. Even when India is fighting a narrative battle they couldn't go beyond the petty politics.

Oh I think Jaishankar has done a very good job and is a patriot. Modi tapped him personally for the job. But I think he needs to lead the change in our diplomats moving away from issuing unnecessary gandhigiri type statements during times of war. Just say porkis have crossed the red line, call the massacre a genocide and tell porkis we are going to avenge. That’s it. What is the need for all this we do not target porki military? Who is he trying to appease? No one.

NIA has 95% conviction rate but what really happens is the court comes to save the terrorists in the name of human rights. One such example of courts being sympathetic to a repeated offender, that too an ISIS terrorist.

He is Saquib Nachan.

First arrested in 1991 for a Gujarat terror case, sentenced to life, but the SC reduced it to 10 years. He walked free in 2001. Did he reform? Lol.

In 2003, arrested again for the triple Mumbai blasts, sentenced to 10 years but released early for good behaviour. Did he reform? Lol.

He went back in his village Padgha (Thane rural), declared it a ‘liberated zone’ called ‘Al-Sham’, administered ‘Bayath’, an oath to ISIS Khalifa, recruited youth from Padgha-Borivali, and plotted terror across India. In 2023, arrested again for planning a drone attack on Mumbai. Will he reform? Lol. You might say no. But trust the judiciary to give him another chance.

To know how much the judiciary loves him : In 2024, while in jail, he moved the SC against govt notifications declaring ISIS a terrorist organization. The Court, instead of dismissing his plea outright, heard it, allowing him to represent himself online.

Several of his relatives are terrorists, some fought for ISIS in Syria.
Any sane system would have neutralized him at the first crime itself, but our justice system enabled him to create an empire of terrorism, recruiting so many others.

@Ajayant Tripathi See how serious our courts are when it comes to NatSec. To them their own holier than thou ideals, how impractical & detrimental to the country could be, are above NatSec. NIA and Indian states try every thing in the book to put these guys behind bar that's why the conviction rate is almost 96%. But courts have this stupid humanity bs, where they can reduce the jail term or even grant them parole/bail (funnily enough many have ran away during these periods yet courts haven't learnt their lessons).

Does he fit the criterion of making an example? The executive has not deemed it. Thats why the normal course of actions is followed which like you I am also fed up off.

These youtubers are perfect examples to deter others. Its not about punishing jyoti, Its about detering others from being naughty.

It's not often you see someone school Praveen Swami thoroughly , though by God not only does he need schooling for some of his views , he deserves to start from Kindergarten afresh.

That he dissed Swami in his own understated manner could be seen from the expression of genuine joy & relief on the latter's face that one fleeting moment Sahni stuck to the script Swami wrote , when Sahni expressed his disappointment with either alternatives the MMS had post 26/11.

Ajay Sahni is a past master at this. An expert on Counter Terrorism since the Khalistani movement in Punjab , he's set up an organisation - the Institute of Conflict Management dedicated to studying terrorism in all its facets in the sub continent including running the acclaimed online portal - South Asia Terrorism Portal .

If you've not heard much about him or at all , it's coz unlike the others in the biz like Chellaney or Dhume or who have you , he avoids the limelight , does his job in the shadows & generally keeps a low profile.

Must watch podcast , IMO .

The New World Order that has emerged post 2008 is effectively a G2 one. (US sphere of influence vs China sphere of influence). Russians and Iranians have been relegated to tertiary powers.

The world has moved from American Exceptionalism (Globalization) to America First (Isolationism). With time, everything from technology to supply lines will change or become incompatible with the other side. Trump has kickstarted the process in a big way.

US and China put away their differences and signed a trade deal the moment India hit Pakistan's nuclear facilities. It was a moment when G2 consensus was reached regarding the containment of an emerging third power (India).

Just as India showed flickers of progress toward its long-held dream of becoming the world's factory, Washington and Beijing announced a trade "reset" that could derail Delhi's ambitions to replace China as the global manufacturing hub.

Last week, Trump's tariffs on China dropped overnight - from 145% to 30%, vs 27% for India - as the two sides thrashed out an agreement in Switzerland.

As a result, there's a chance manufacturing investment that was moving from China to India could either "stall" or "head back", feels Ajay Srivastava of the Delhi-based think tank, Global Trade Research Institute (GTRI).

"India's low-cost assembly lines may survive, but value-added growth is in danger."

The change in sentiment stands in sharp relief to the exuberance in Delhi last month when Apple indicated that it was shifting most of its production of iPhones headed to the US from China to India.

Speculation of a possible nuclear leak gained momentum after several claims were made on social media that the Pakistani army was evacuating the villages surrounding the Kirana Hills. Some videos purportedly show empty houses in the area.

In one of the videos posted on X, a local is seen showing a puff of smoke, claiming that two missiles hit the Kirana Hills.

Moreover, screenshots were shared on X of a flight tracking website showing a US Beechcraft B350 Aerial Measuring System (AMS) aircraft over Pakistani airspace. The aircraft (N111SZ), part of the US Department of Energy, is designed to detect radioactive leaks.

Some experts claimed that the aircraft was handed over to Pakistan in 2010.

Adding to the intrigue, an Egyptian military transport aircraft, reportedly carrying boron, was spotted landing in Pakistan's Murree shortly after the Indian strikes. Boron is usually used to suppress radioactive emissions.

Trump needs money to finance his debts and has moved to Saudi Arabia-Qatar-UAE for money and sold the soul of US to the Muslim Brotherhood. His attempt at a shakedown using tariffs backfired spectacularly and DOGE hasn't made any significant cuts to spending.

  • Revenue Impact: President Trump’s tariff plan (as of April 8, 2025) is projected to raise significant revenue—over $5.2 trillion over 10 years on a conventional basis (with micro-elastic responses) and $4.5 trillion on a dynamic basis (with economic effects). This revenue could be used to reduce federal debt, thereby encouraging private investment.

  • Comparison with a Corporate Tax Increase: Tariffs are estimated to raise about the same amount of revenue as increasing the corporate income tax from 21 to 36 percent, in the absence of these recent tariffs. While raising the corporate tax rate is generally seen as highly economically distorting, tariffs would reduce GDP and wages by more than twice as much. All future households are worse off. The estimated economic declines are likely lower bounds, with actual declines potentially even larger.

  • Broader Economic Impact: Many existing trade and macroeconomic models fail to capture the full harm caused by tariffs. Larger tariffs reduce the openness of the economy, including international capital flows. This is especially costly under the nation’s current baseline debt path, which is increasing faster than GDP, that is generally excluded from trade models or treated as neutral (Ricardian). U.S. households would need to purchase more bonds, requiring bond prices to fall (yields increase), domestic capital investment prices to fall (the marginal product of capital increases), or both. Even conservatively assuming only domestic capital investment prices fall, the reduction in economic activity is more than twice as large as a tax increase on capital returns that raises the same amount of revenue.

Less than four months after President Donald Trump's second inauguration, Musk is now reportedly scaling back his work with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the meme-inspired project that Trump authorized to implement Musk's vision for a leaner, more affordable federal government. Officially, DOGE claims to have cut $170 billion in government spending—though there are some doubts about the validity of that figure—mostly by firing bureaucrats and canceling some pretty silly contracts.

For this very thing, he has kicked even Netanyahu and Israel to the curb.

When President Trump shook hands with Syria’s new leader and promised to lift sanctions on his country at the Saudi royal palace this week, it was a vivid demonstration of how the president’s Middle East diplomacy has all but sidelined Israel.

“Tough guy, very strong past,” Mr. Trump said about President Ahmed al-Shara, who once had ties with Al Qaeda. Mr. Trump said he was ending the sanctions, many of which had been imposed on Syria’s previous government, “to give them a chance at greatness.”

In doing so, Mr. Trump was effectively shrugging off the views of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whose government calls Mr. al-Shara a “jihadist.” Israel’s military has bombed Syria hundreds of times since December, when rebels led by Mr. al-Shara ousted President Bashar al-Assad from power.
The Trump administration has issued a stark ultimatum to Israel, warning that continued military operations in Gaza could jeopardize U.S. support, the Washington Post reported on Monday.

An anonymous source familiar with the discussions stated that U.S. officials conveyed to Israeli counterparts that failure to conclude the war would lead to a withdrawal of American backing.

The Russians have been left out in the cold as well. They haven't been able to get Trump to lift sanctions and force the Ukrainians to agree to give away eastern Ukraine away to the Russians and get guarantees of no NATO membership.

Last year, Donald Trump promised he would end the Ukraine War in "24 hours".

Last week, he said that it would not be resolved until he and Russian President Vladimir Putin could "get together" and hash it out in person.

On Monday, the ground shifted again. After a two-hour phone call with Putin, he said that the conditions of a peace deal could only be negotiated between Russia and Ukraine – and maybe with the help of the Pope.

Trump is holding out the promise of reduced sanctions on Russia – and new trade deals and economic investment – as the enticement that will move Putin toward a peace agreement. He mentioned that again in his post-call comments. Not discussed, on the other hand, were any negative consequences, such as new sanctions on Russian banking and energy exports.

The US president last month warned that he would not tolerate Putin "tapping me along" and said that Russia should not target civilian areas. But yesterday, Russia launched its largest drone strike of the war on Ukrainian cities, and Monday's call between the two world leaders makes clear that any ceasefire or peace deal still seems well over the horizon.

However Jaishankar's lukewarm diplomacy with the Russians have them appearing to be non-committal on our military action during Operation Sindoor against Pakistan.

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, commenting on the latest escalation between India and Pakistan.

"We are deeply concerned by the heightened military tensions between India and Pakistan in the wake of a terror attack near the town of Pahalgam," the diplomat said.

According to Zakharova, "Russia resolutely condemns acts of terrorism as it opposes any manifestations of it and accentuates the need to join forces globally for an effective fight against this evil."

"We call on the parties concerned to exercise restraint in order to prevent the situation in the region from escalating," the diplomat continued. "We hope that the latest dispute between New Delhi and Islamabad will be resolved through peaceful political and diplomatic means on a bilateral basis in accordance with the provisions of the 1972 Simla Agreement and the 1999 Lahore Declaration," she concluded.

155mm artillery ammunition supplied by India to Europeans ended up with Ukraine and was very likely used against Russians. Despite highlighting their concerns, we did nothing.

Artillery shells sold by Indian arms makers have been diverted by European customers to Ukraine and New Delhi has not intervened to stop the trade despite protests from Moscow, according to 11 Indian and European government and defence industry officials, as well as a Reuters analysis of commercially available customs data.

The transfer of munitions to support Ukraine's defence against Russia has occurred for more than a year, according to the sources and the customs data. Indian arms export regulations limit the use of weaponry to the declared purchaser, who risks future sales being terminated if unauthorised transfers occur.

The Kremlin has raised the issue on at least two occasions, including during a July meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Indian counterpart, three Indian officials said.

It certainly doesn't help that giving unsolicited advice to Russians in a combat zone would sour their interest in furthering India's diplomatic stance regarding Operation Sindoor.

India is looking for “partners” and not “preachers”, External Affairs Minister (EAM) S. Jaishankar said on Sunday (May 4, 2025), in a veiled message to Europe in the context of the conflict in Ukraine as he explained the nuances of New Delhi’s “Russia realism” and why the relationship between the two sides was an “important fit”.

An official denial is however a slap on Doland's face

Reality is ofc Doland said "I will tariff you if you don't stop beating my pet bitch with a stick" and Leaderji went "YES SAAR".

Hope at some point the Great Leader draws the line between his own economy-jeevi behaviors and the muscular national security for which he was elected.

Anyway the next time Uncle Sam's pet bitch acts up, I doubt Leaderji will listen to Cheese-Fire farmans.
Afterall the leaderji is answerable to the people of the country and especially his voter/supports, ekanami can get fucked, Doland and US deep state can get double fucked.
