The best that people like you can do is try to insult the honest efforts of people better than you because you have nothing positive to add to the world or even your surroundings. You have been posting these same two photos from very early in the thread. You don't have a better argument, and therefore, you are having to peddle your same propaganda again and again.
Maybe you're not the one at fault here and are just a product of the bigoted section of the Indian society who suffer from the victim mentality of being "backwards" and therefore justify your rights to handouts.
Also, you as an outsider will NEVER understand the innards of how administration in India works and what the challenges are. Changes are happening, and every move of the GoI post Pahalgam is proof of that. I've seen enough corrupt and honest babus to know that they are titular figures holding offices. The strings are always controlled by the so-called democratically elected representatives. The problem is that they have to always be the people who enforce government policies and, therefore, become the villains in the public's eyes.
Let me give you and other members of this forum an anecdote. A lot of times, the "bribe" that you pay to a traffic havildar is never seen by the havildar himself. There are "quotas" that need to be met, enforced by senior officers whose job is on the line unless they fulfill their obligations to whoever influences that office. Now, hopefully all of you are smart enough to extrapolate this to higher echelons of the administrative framework.
Did you ever question why the Government has never changed the administration and bureaucracy frameworks? These are mere tools used to funnel taxpayer rupees into private Swiss bank accounts. The corrupt among the babus are the ones who have justified their actions to themselves because in their mind they deserve a share of whatever they're helping the politicians steal or the ones who lack a spine and do whatever the flying f*ck politicians ask of them without asking for written orders.
