Why do so many of our neighbors have these delusional ambitions of territorial expansion on our territory? The most confusion thing to me is that how do they even believe this considering the difference in size and resources. (Classic case of dunning Kruger effect) Pakistan with their gazwa-e-hind, Bangladesh with their greater Bangladesh dreams, Nepal with greater Nepal dreams and the good old chinks.

Consequences of India mollycoddling Paxtan all this while except for what happened in 1971 & since 2014 .

Then there's our relationship with China where we're more diffident towards the Han than BD or Nepal is towards us in spite of their crippling dependence on us unlike our dependence on the Han which though damaging if push comes to shove is hardly enough to sink our economy.

By not being assertive & imposing costs we become the pushovers otherwise can you imagine someone in the Philippine or Vietnamese government constantly needling Beijing by issuing provocative statements. Contrast that to what Oli did a few years ago or what the Yunus administration is doing now.

most likely those were steroids , some people think steroids/PED = proteins, most protein today is better, heck even amul is getting into protein market.

Yes there's no way one can consume excess protein that will be extremely expensive, 1 scoop whey costs around 80 to 100 rs with just 22-25 grams of protein. Any average male can safely consume 100gm protein everyday.

It does damages kidneys. One of my late sporty relative had so much suffered that docs gave him 5 yr max. Docs told excessive protein intakes ( for body building and sports) damaged kidneys. Then this is almost more than 2 decade old. Maybe now there are better safe alternatives dunno.

Could be abusing substance other than protein that caused this.

Protein is the most ignored macro nutrients in our diet so much so that majority of the population is protein deficient.
Overloading on carbs causes way more deaths through diabetes.

guesses would have worked if the reasons I mentioned were not stated by doctors nephrologist in one of the best indian nw institutes back then. Other Sports coaches also corroborated that it was prevalent among sportsmen then . As I said india was way different in terms of facilities and availability then now. By the way He was teetotaler + vegetarian and still played 2 hour football/rugby for 2 hours every week apart from daily heavy exercise routine. Body and fate can give you surprises

Yes, it's all upto chance. Kidney is a delicate thing it's detroriates very fast, many healthy relatives passed away due to kidney related problems.

Looks like classic steroid abuse. Steroids damages the kidneys. Excess protein will come out via urine and in excretion. In worst case Whey may cause constipation. But the case you are saying is classic steroid symptoms.

speaking of proteins, we've our own antivaxxers

there was a post going around in my mother's whatsapp group of fellow housewives where they were basically saying protein powder and supplements are cause of every fucking disease ever.

many nepali people live in delusions nd stupid....they treat india like their own country in power. they r still living in those time, when they won land by swinging their khukri. u dont believe they claim india supressed Hyderabad nijam nd include it in india, by help of gorkha devisions nd asked nepal king for help. they also said in every war india send gorkha regiments first, so indians dont died first. they said india use gorkha or nepali as shield in every war. just like many indians watch pakistani nd bangladeshi chutiyapa for entertainment, i watch some nepali channels for entertainment.

In uttarakhand, i heard in village schools government provide sattu powder with mix of some sugar before mid day meal program. sattu is good source of protein etc. Dont know what they provide now in mid day meal.

Gormint must research ways to increase protein content of wheat from 13 gm per 100 gm to 18 gm per 100 gm.

Isme protein kaha se aya? Kanglus eat a lot of fish and meat. But they don't eat much vegitables.

Anyways we also need to focus on not just protein but certain kinds of minerals & vitamins as well. That's why I like the millet mission. Millets are much better alternative to rice. Plus some millets have decent amount of protein.

Plant protein is hard to absorb. Anyways my point was about excessive rice consumption in Southern/Eastern state. Folks here need to reduce that. Rice is mostly just carbs. There are some essential vitamins in it but you can always get those from something else..

When you have set a reputation for a peace seeking status quo nation since independence. You will eventually give neighbours a sense of delusion they can be revisionist powers at India's cost.

Only reason India survived this long with vishwa guru mindsets is because of its size. India can afford multiple setbacks and still survive.

Unless India is an expansionist/revisionist state, all imperialists like Islamists, Euros and Hans will salivate on fantasies of taking over your lands.
