Our leadership took these lessons long ago, it's just that we don't have the intention yet to invest in strategic bombers.
On top of that, after Ukraine bombed Russian fleet, I doubt Russia will be able to sell anything. They barely have enough for their own deterrence.
We have to make something of our own.

But on your point no.1, tell it to Modi. No one here believes or supports US.
