The only outcome I don’t want from this conflict is stability in Balochistan, because a U.S.-controlled Iran would likely stop funding and arming the Baloch Liberation Army in Pakistan

Regime change in Iran may be beneficial for us in the long term than in short. Initially we may have setback with US puppet regime may sell cheap oil to us and US arm twist to not buy Russian oil. You are somewhat mistaken there. Iran regardless of religion has never really considered Indians friends or prospective allies.
