"Ignited the Delhi Riots" - Harsh Mandar says about Kapil Mishra.
Let's put some facts on the record to demonstrate how Harsh Mandar was involved in the conspiracy of Delhi anti-Hindu riots. This is the tip of the iceberg.
1. It was on the 16th of December that Harsh Mandar addressed a crowd of Islamists in front of Jamia. The Jamia violence of December was the first 'test phase' for Delhi anti-Hindu riots in Feb 2020. Harsh Mandar was inciting crowds asking them to take to the streets. 2 days before the violence, over 150 PFI terrorists had come to Delhi to spread violence. It was on the 16th that Sharjeel Imam had delivered his speech in Aligarh where he incited violence against Hindus, spoke about Chakka Jam. Harsh Mandar speech and Sharjeel's speech appear pretty coordinated, don't they? Transcript of Sharjeel speech: opindia.com/2023/03/as-hc-…
2. On the 26th of December 2019, a meeting was held at ISI, Lodhi Colony attended by Harsh Mandar, Yogender Yadav, Umar Khalid, Nadeem Khan, Khalid Saifi, Sahil, Rahul Roy, Saba Dewan, Amrita Johri and others. In this meeting, several decisions were taken - including how there should be Chakka Jam, and how protest sites should be in Muslim-dominated areas, it should be women-centric so the police can't do much, formation of DPSG group, organising the funds to sustain and legal teams for criminals who police would detain. The next day, the DPSG group was formed and the minutes of the meeting were posted on the group by Khalid Saifi. Harsh Mandar was in that group. This is not a figment of the imagination. There are pictures to prove it, which were recovered from Sharjeel Imam's phone.
3. A protected witness - Lamda - gave a statement in front of the magistrate that Harsh Mandar had agreed when Rahul Roy had suggested that the time was ripe for Chakka Jam. This was AFTER Owais Sultan had revealed that Natasha Narwal had readied the locals and arranged chilli powder, acid pouches etc. This was AFTER Owais Sultan had raised objection at the violence being planned in the DPSG group. This was BEFORE Kapil Mishra had even entered the scene. Pictures of the witness statement in his own handwriting are attached.
4. It was AFTER Owais Sultan had spoken about elements in the DPSG group inciting, planning and coordinating violence that was it suggested, in the DPSG group itself, that Kapil Mishra should be implicated for the violence. The message by Rahul Roy was sent in the DPSG group on the 24th of February 2020.
5. On the 23rd of February itself, Owais Sultan was warning that the conspirators are putting lives in danger. Attaching a message by Owais sultan in the DPSG group from 23rd Feb - where he was saying, "Why have you distributed red chilli powder to women to attack police". Owais was responding to Natasha Narwal of Pinjda Tod. Kapil Mishra did that? NO. It was the friends of Harsh Mandar - with whom he was in the conspiracy Whatsapp group and with whose plans he agreed.
I could go on and on. This is not the subject of a tweet, but that of a book - perhaps several books. But @harsh_mander was a part of the conspiracy.
It is unthinkable that this man has the audacity to question the investigation. In fact, we should ask why Harsh Mandar has not been booked and thrown in jail for his role in the Delhi anti-Hindu Riots conspiracy.
