Yes, but make that 200 yards. This is not 1960s. The number of things that must go right in sequence for the shooter to be in a position to take the shots has a very low probability. Surely some people knew, and either collaborated or chose to look the other way.

I think if it was a fake assassination the shot would’ve been on the chest with him wearing a bp vest but it was towards the head ain’t no sharp shooter that can shoot with a rifle precisely at the ear which just grazes him a little.
