Didn't Indonesian engineers tried stealing some data from Kf21 project to possibly sell it to NK or China? Or it was some other incident?

I think that 5 Indonesian engineers were caught smuggling data on one or more USB 's. I don't know if it related to KF-21. They have not been allowed to leave ROK..

Before that happening Indonesia did not honour its agreement to fund 20% of KF-21 development costs, failing to pay according to the schedule, then agreeing to respect the payment schedule, then failing to pay overdue moneys as promised, then wanting a reduction on what they agreed to pay at the start of the partnership. A dishonest nightmare of a development partner.

If this agreement is firmed up I suggest that Turkey ensures that payments are made by documentary credit or cash in advance. Indonesia has shown that it cannot be trusted.

Su57 in place of AMCA is a shitty deal
I have no confidence in Su57 acquisition anyway for a host of reasons but if it goes through it will be stupid.

I don't think AMCA will get affected bcoz if our DoD wants to fly its own super-delayed 4.5gen MWF in era of emerging 6gen, then it'll definitely fly 5/5.5gen AMCA no matter how much the delay. The PPP is proceeding.
Some squads of Su-57 would be like short-cut stop-gap 4.8gen against Pakistani export level, reduced quality, 4.8gen J-35.
But on Chinese front we need true 5/5.5gen jet. For that AMCA has to fly, with F414 or M88 or JV engine.
And Su-57 cannot become successor/replacement of Su-30MKI in long term.
