CASTLEVANIA
Netflix's Castlevania
- started so well, like for at least first two seasons where they focused around the third AND THE BEST classic castlevania game there, 'Akumajou Densetsu / Castlevania III: The Dracula's Curse' + art style is literally adopted from THE BEST metroidvania styled game in series, 'Castlevania: Symphony of the Night'
- music is banger, animation is banger, plot is a little weak at times but overall executed well enough, characters are done well, voice acting is good

THEN they had to throw random bullshits over DEI ESG SJW SDG LGBT woke things starting straight from season 3, mildly adopted around 'Castlevania: Curse of Darkness' game from playstation 2 and oh boy did it take a nosedive from there on... :mad2: I can't express my frustration in words how bad it goes afterwards here...

this dandadan is doing great nowadays.
I'll be honest regarding DanDaDan,

I have a kinda aversion towards lots of manga-anime showing absurd level of overpowered characters that constantly break the plot, or random things occurring for sake of surprise-humour things, you know, only to just stretch the storyline thin, oh and main focus is almost always towards characters as some hip-thing,

that's why I never picked up 'DragonBall', 'One Piece', 'One Punch Man' or such things, it easily becomes hard to keep a track over things,

that's why I also kinda started disliking 'Chainsaw Man' after "Makima" arc, the entire series is running on absurdism-chaos and such things at times,

I had same expectations with DanDaDan too, and to much extent this manga/anime does toe to those lines, but it has that absurdist humour there, that does keep the overall story progression in check, the subtle amount of pop references (e.g. "this man" from weird dreams appearing as minor adversary in some point, literally made me chuckle) and character interactions are funny at times

So yeah, I do like DanDaDan and follow it, i just hope they won't ruin it because well Netflix is involved in anime project and I don't trust Netflix at all

I would recommend y'all to check out Hinamatsuri as well. one of the best slice of life manga I've ever read.

Can someone tell me as to why some anime hero's/demon slayers/main characters are all feminine/girly looking?

I mean, maybe it is just the type that i see or maybe my selection is few but ..

1. Inuyasha has long hair & from a distance could pass as a girl, also demon Jakotsu
2. Lord Seshumaru also has long hair & from a distance could pass as a girl
3. Inosuke/demonslayers on removing mask looks like a girl
4. Abe seimei/Onmyoji is girly
5. Well, JoJo bizzare adventure characters appear to be "fancy"/"girly"
6. Haku/Naruto
7. Fish eye/Sailor moon & so on..

it's a trope called "Bishounen", Bi- is short for BiJin means 'Beautiful (person)', Shounen is word for young lad

read through the articles, you'll get that gist

romance manga recommendations
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-

well i feel a bit shy to reveal that i kinda give a chance to such stuffs, but two new-age romance mangas that kinda...touched my lonely kokoro ❤️ are
and

first one's got anime adaptation, second one's going to premiere this year, can't wait for it

feel free to recommend your favourite mangas/animes of such type 😊
this ended about a year ago but man, what a ride!

A fantastic rom-com manga, highly recommended, very different and laid back but can give you a sucker punch of feels when you least expect it, it's 100 chapters and doesn't drone on which I think is trend in the genre, straight to the point, wholesome, no drama.
