The one thing i do like about the chinese model of rulership over the modern democratic one, is that the Chinese have stuck to their ancient pathway of requring 'some sort of qualification' to run a country. In the past, it was the beurocracy class, who had to pass beuroracy exams to be deemed worthy to govern. In the modern times, its effectively the same but under communist umbrella.
I've always wondered why people who believe in democracy are so disregarding of the idea that you need to have some qualification basis for running a country, which is a type of a job, when they want qualified people for virtually ALL other jobs.
