This is the golden opportunity for us to gain advantage in Bay of Bengal. Collude with CIA and take entire chaatogram (make it UT and settle all bdesh Hindus there ) we will have sea access to NE states and gain important port as well and let CIA carve out xstian state from Kanglu and Myanmar territory. regarding sitting in US lap for economy, here is some news for you. We are not China. For toeing US line in many things, we do get good deals in others, like IT, Pharma and tech sectors.
Apple did not just open plants in India, there is politics behind these moves.

Let us not over estimate our strength. We are not feeble but we are not strong enough to take on US.
May be a decade or two.
Right now we have climbed up to take on Canada, UK and Australia, the third tier powers.
second tier belongs to China, Russia and Saudi.
Top tier is US.
We are be placed between 2nd and 3rd tier in terms of power projection.

I have invested a huge sum in Indian textile companies stocks that have no dependency on kangladesh

2 months of turmoil will disrupt supply chain... force atleast 20-30% business volume to move to India... a big gain.

Two global cloth shopping seasons incoming... Diwali & Christmas... our textile sector should make the most of it.

Exactly my thoughts when I first thought of the issue. It is the same damn script used in the Ukraine war. I feel its in best interests of US if China and India get embroiled in a land war of attrition similar to Russia while US sanctions us left right and center.

I feel US has determined its best to knock India out right now before we pose a threat to their global hegemony. That's why they want a long and protracted India-Bangladesh war similar to Russia-Ukraine one.

But the thing is we have no oil nor homegrown weapons supplies like Russia to endure a long term 5 year war. Heck, even if the war goes on for 1 year, it gonna devastate our country and permanently knock us out of any power club for decades.

Don't forget geography. Kangludesh is completely surrounded by bharat which is not the case with ukraine and russia. We decide whether the new regime lives or dies.
If they wanted to do a ukraine to bharat they would have chosen pakistan and they have done this twice 1965 and 1971, didn't work out for them
