Exactly my thoughts when I first thought of the issue. It is the same damn script used in the Ukraine war. I feel its in best interests of US if China and India get embroiled in a land war of attrition similar to Russia while US sanctions us left right and center.

I feel US has determined its best to knock India out right now before we pose a threat to their global hegemony. That's why they want a long and protracted India-Bangladesh war similar to Russia-Ukraine one.

But the thing is we have no oil nor homegrown weapons supplies like Russia to endure a long term 5 year war. Heck, even if the war goes on for 1 year, it gonna devastate our country and permanently knock us out of any power club for decades.

If it's come to military intervention, it won't last than a few months, as kangludesh is no uckraine, surrounded by India, will be easy to blockade them & prevent any supplies

Willing? You create the will hook or crook.....thats why you have the machinery of govt power departments.

We are not a powerful country in any one thing other than secularism.....meaning hindu subjugation in their own lands by their own for the most part post independence. While limits are understandable, Modiji has not won anything using soft power nor hardpower. His team in power departments are not doing their job, there will be no 3rd front and its worth the gains. Take north and west(buffer zone) and east get sea access from NE. Prop up Myanmar junta and so on.....this is just unbelievable.

What followers leadership like this could be very dangerous as display of weakness in central govt is very very bad sign. Hope they have a strategy,

Indians need to familiarize themselves with Go. Chinese play go. The strategy of Go:

The general strategy is to place stones to fence-off territory, attack the opponent's weak groups (trying to kill them so they will be removed), and always stay mindful of the life status of one's own groups. The liberties of groups are countable.

India is playing chess while the game is Go. We need to start multiple fronts and let them simmer to destabilize the adversary.

Then we should be someone's bitch. How good is a nonfighting and scared army or government? Inaction is defeat before battle. So far strategic victories based on non-confrontational strategy are not coming out in clear sense from current government since their 2nd term in which retreats began at home and outside.
