These coups work in general in countries where Muslim majority population is there with a perceived "secular" or less islamic leadership or if it's non muslim country then continuous bad economic condition with a dictator, like those in south america.
It does not work in countries where a islamic dictatorship is there even if it runs economy into ground, the book's brainwashing gives them continuous coping and deflects their shortcomings to kuffars. Ex: yemen, Pakis
Best example is Iran a secular head easily overthrown in 1970, but a islamic head picking fight for no benefit to Iranians easily crushing agitations again and again for a stupid headscarf.

Don't know why BJP didn't bring law to bring entire stretches in Haryana and West UP leading to Delhi, under central security control [in times of seige attempts].. to protect against regime change protests and stop protestors in their trackers..
GOI successfully deterred West UP Jats from mobilizing in Feb 2024.. and Sikhs were pummeled in Shambhu border, unable to even cross into Haryana..
But , in November Haryana would be probably with Congress.. and if BJP loses UP in 2028, then, a seige of Delhi for regime overthrow is inevitable.
