From what I have observed, the blueprint to stage a successful civil war in any country is like this.

1. Protests about some random thing. Involve university dumbass students.
2. Make the protest violent
3. Get the security forces involved
4. Attack security forces and provoke them to take hard measures.
5. In case of lathi charge etc etc, use those images and make it viral all across the world.
6. Let the violence and anarchy reach such a level that forces are forced to open fire.
7. Use those images again to paint as if a genocide a going on. Use international pressure. The interconnected commie universities will instantly erupt in protests in from of the said countries embassy.
8. Then cut a deal with one of the generals or commanders who are stationed with riot control.
9. Then comes the final blow. Simultaneous and coordinated refusal by the security forces to open fire or to lathi charge or to control the situation.
10. With security forces openly refusing to obey govt's order total anarchy reins.
11. The PM/Prez is now vulnerable. Time to use the useless protestors to lay siege to his residence or let a rioting mob to aim for his residence.
12. The govt collapses. The PM flees to save his life or is lynched/killed.
13. The country collapses and it's every man for himself. Large scale killings, crimes etc happen. Economy falls off a cliff making the prices of daily items skyrocket. There is shortage of daily products and people are willing to kill for it. The country is in chaos. Total civil war.
14. Either install a puppet regime or let the regional satraps carve out their kingdom. Or let the country stay in civil war.

It isn't that hard to do all the 14 steps in India. In fact I feel the trial runs of the same have been conducted before. What we saw in form the farmers protest. Looking at Bangladesh something much much sinister is coming in the future. We must prepare accordingly. Both on a individual level and country wide level.

Around 10-12 years back there were chatter about shifting the capital to Nagpur or Bhopal. IMHO some satellite city can be developed nearby major city in central India as capital like Gandhinagar near Ahmedabad.
