Where was chinese naval dominance during the recent red sea houthi and somalia piracy crisis?

Where was chinese naval dominance during 2004 tsunamic crisis?

It was the indian navy and coast guard deploying ships every 100 km to provide security and aid to ships passing through red sea corridor while simultaneously conducting multiple complex anti piracy operations.

Naval dominance does not mean spraying phillipines's ships with water.

A provincial report released on Sunday revealed that the school’s principal had deliberately added illegal colouring agents to meals in an effort to make the food look more appealing and attract new admissions.
The pigments, purchased online and clearly marked “not for consumption,” were later found to contain dangerously high levels of lead, with one sample testing 400,000 times above the legal limit.
Initial reports said 235 children were hospitalised with symptoms such as vomiting, stomach cramps, and even blackened teeth. Later blood tests showed at least 247 pupils and staff, including the head of the school, had elevated lead levels.
