These are US Army cold weather clothing procured as part of emergency purchase during 2020 standoff since we didn't have adequate extremely cold-weather clothing stocks.

And apparnetly soldiers like them very much. Nothing to do with camo or blending in. Nobody in Army cares about that unless you are going to sneak into enemy territory.
