why you act like a Child? are you really 40? seems I am dealing with an 18 year ultra nationalistic guy.
For starters I have 3 Jobs, got it? I have even Worked for ANA the national airliner of Japan, (i have programming knowledge too) so please stop dreaming, Technology is not the property of a single nation and the most advanced nation was The USA, but even the USA can not stop globalization and the spread of technology.
Relax, breath grow, Technology does not show you are smarter, technology is only a policy and these days any nation can develop technology, globalization has made technology to spread all over the world grow other wise you are not more than a CCP troll with psychological issues since in 2024 the best is cooperate since WWIII no one will win it except the world government who will benefit from the stupidity of Xi and Putin .

Lysa, the robot dog, stands out for its special mission of guiding people with visual disabilities or reduced mobility and has been awarded the prize in Mobility and Prevention at the Fundación MAPFRE Awards for Social Innovation.

Tens of thousands of bogus research papers are being published in journals in an international scandal that is worsening every year, scientists have warned. Medical research is being compromised, drug development hindered and promising academic research jeopardised thanks to a global wave of sham science that is sweeping laboratories and universities.
Last year the annual number of papers retracted by research journals topped 10,000 for the first time. Most analysts believe the figure is only the tip of an iceberg of scientific fraud.
“The situation has become appalling,” said Professor Dorothy Bishop of Oxford University. “The level of publishing of fraudulent papers is creating serious problems for science. In many fields it is becoming difficult to build up a cumulative approach to a subject, because we lack a solid foundation of trustworthy findings. And it’s getting worse and worse.”
The startling rise in the publication of sham science papers has its roots in China, where young doctors and scientists seeking promotion were required to have published scientific papers. Shadow organisations – known as “paper mills” – began to supply fabricated work for publication in journals there.

Japan has strong government but no political independence, so it couldn't enter the most profitable industries by US ban.
Mexico have none of them, weak government couldn't even win over cartels, and all its crucial industrlies like agricutlres, internal comsuming markets were totally controlled by US.
If profitble buisness like avocado controlled by Cartels, means the government got no tax from it, then no one expect Mexican government has money to invest on R&D
