Abstract

The present study aimed to examine different degrees of child abuse and related psychological consequences in the mainland of China. A Chinese version of the Norvold Abuse Questionnaire was administered to 981 Chinese college students. The prevalence rates of child emotional abuse were 16.4%, 8.8%, and 6.9% for the mild, moderate, and severe levels of abuse, respectively, and those of physical abuse were 34.3%, 19.3%, and 3.1%, respectively. Furthermore, 4.4% of the participants in the mild sexual abuse group reported having had no genital contact and 1.0% of them reported having experienced emotional humiliation. The prevalence rates of moderate and severe sexual abuse were 2.4% and .8%. More males were found to suffer from moderate or severe levels of emotional abuse than females. Similarly, more males reported physical abuse than females across all degrees of severity. Mild and severe physical abuse had a larger current effect on males than on females, whereas the impact of moderate physical abuse was greater on females. Overall, Chinese college students reported significantly fewer sexual abuses than similar samples in Western countries. Additionally, more females suffered from mild sexual abuse than males. These findings suggest a potential influence of gender and culture.

Now child abuse exists every sadly but tell me what has do do that with BYD slavery conditions in Brazil to the workers they were Chinese not even Brazilians?

The cause of the matter is that 107 of our colleagues need assistance from JinJiang to handle the unified Brazilian temporary ID card. The company has temporarily collected and stored our passports for the purpose of processing relevant procedures in the future. During this process, due to an on-site inspection by the labor department, it was discovered that these passports were in the cabinet of the JinJiang company. It was mistakenly believed that the Goldsmiths company had confiscated all of our passports without explanation, and it was concluded that we employees had been restricted from personal freedom and were being illegally enslaved.

In the past month, the Brazilian labor department has made multiple inquiries about our work and life in Brazil, asking us many questions about our work and life. We understand that this is a great concern or even a concern for us. However, due to language barriers or translation issues, a lot of information in the inquiry may not be conveyed accurately, and we need to tell the truth ourselves.

This is completely a misunderstanding. JinJiang did not seize our passports. The reason why the passports are in the hands of the company is because the company needs to apply for a temporary Brazilian ID card and tax number for us. After the documents are processed, the company will return the passports to us. We are not subject to any restrictions on personal freedom imposed by the company, and our salaries are paid as usual. The company also provides us with relevant welfare guarantees.

We are willing to stay in Brazil and accept media interviews to express our views. Please also conduct further in-depth and accurate investigations to eliminate misunderstandings.

You have never even been to to Mexico, in fact you do not even understand the term dangerous what it means.

The many murders you mention are intra gang violence, drug dealers killing other drug dealers, there are other types of crimes of course, but the death rate of Mexicans is 7 per 1000 people exactly like China but the murder component of that seven is 0,26.

What does it says? yes there are criminals operating in Mexico but the murder rate is not the main reason of deaths in Mexico.

Besides why you try to justify BYD? my country has criminals, your country has drug dealers too, even supported by CCP sending fentanyl to the Mexican cartels, BYD factories are built with Chinese slaves, like a friend of my said Justifying yourself means you acknowledge your blame

State-imposed forced labour

Since the 2018 GSI, evidence of systematic oppression and pervasive state-imposed forced labour of Uyghurs and other Turkic and Muslim majority peoples has emerged.4 Forced labour is exacted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) as a means of racial and religious discrimination; political coercion and education; and as punishment for holding views ideologically opposed to the state.5 It is reported alongside mass surveillance, political indoctrination, religious oppression,6 forced separation of families,7 forced sterilisation,8 torture, sexual violence,9 and arbitrary detention in so-called “re-education camps” within the Uyghur Region.10

Hearing Examines the Crime of Forced Organ Harvesting in China

(Washington)—Representative Chris Smith (R-NJ) and Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR), the Chair and Co-chair, respectively, of the bipartisan and bicameral Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC), held a hearing this week examining the issue of forced organ harvesting in China and how medical associations, businesses, and U.S. state legislatures are grappling with the legal, ethical, and human rights concerns associated with this issue.

Criminal means means outlaws, but CCP forces slavery, sponsors fentanyl

GENEVA (14 June 2021) – UN human rights experts* said today they were extremely alarmed by reports of alleged ‘organ harvesting’ targeting minorities, including Falun Gong practitioners, Uyghurs, Tibetans, Muslims and Christians, in detention in China.
who is sponsoring it, the CCP

Although organ trafficking is known to occur in other countries such as India and Egypt, I focused on this issue in China specifically because of its long and concerning history. Forced organ harvesting is a clear social justice issue and a severe violation of patient autonomy, because these individuals are viewed as a vessel of organs, rather than human beings with inherent dignity. I aim to demonstrate the atrocities of forced organ harvesting and highlight how citizens, political leaders, and international committees all play an essential role in ending this practice.
Explainer: China’s multi-billion-dollar murder for organs industry.

Jul 29, 2022 — China is the only country in the world to have an industrial-scale organ trafficking practice that harvests organs from executed prisoners of conscience

The answers to these questions are extremely distressing. China uses incarcerated prisoners of conscience as an organ donor pool to provide compatible transplants for patients. These prisoners or “donors” are executed and their organs harvested against their will, and used in a prolific and profitable transplant industry.

question is forcing organ harvesting upon a prisoner not a crime?

Donald Trump’s additional 10% tax on Chinese imports said to be response to China’s failure to curb its flow into US

How much of it comes from China?

Fentanyl started arriving in the US from China about 10 years ago. In 2020, the US Drug Enforcement Administration said that China was the “primary source of fentanyl and fentanyl-related substances trafficked through international mail”. As authorities in the US and China have cracked down on traffickers and criminal gangs, much of that flow has been re-routed through cartels in Mexico. Rather than sending shipments of finished illicit fentanyl directly to the US, drug traffickers and exporters in China send precursor chemicals to Mexico, where they can be turned into fentanyl and sent on to the US.
