How is this related to Indian Chip Research and Dev centres, this drone was supplied by Indian company misinformed Indian Govt regarding its sourcing, the company is banned now.

There are lots of Chinese rebranding happening all over the world India is not exception everyone looking for quick buck.

Anyway like I told already all major chip corporations has both designing and research and dev centres, India creates its own strategic chips for Strategic Programs like missiles, satellites which dont require micro size wafers.

Regarding chinese ofcourse TSMC manufacturers majority of its chips used for IOT apps and chips used in smaller drones thats a fact, but can chinese chips themselves become capable enough to compete depends on ASML only

These APIs can be sourced inside from India this requires no world leading manufacturing facilities, chinese simply provide them pretty cheap so private companies utilise, its not a Chinese monopoly,
Indian company usages these raw materials to create value added pharma products earning a factor for 100X, tmmrw if chinese stop supplies the raw material can be easily sourced from India.

Its just chinese model get raw material and produce value added products
