We are literally the cream of SM space.

The fact that we guys got together to scrap data and build a forum when we lost our previous home shows we can coordinate well.
Tbh running a forum ain't no easy task like creating a pleddit section which comes ready made.
Non server savy guy like me could troubleshoot issues that arise on the forum that the XenForo support fellas could not.

Hit and run from medical field is learning about tech to handle the forum better at this age, literally Anglo Saxon Faustian spirit shit.
Haldilal has reach on twitter which he built using his niche hobby.
Skc is also having necessary skills for sever management that he uses to maintain the forum and besides that he has a workshop running in Noida.
There was this swesh guy who has his own startup.
Blademaster is a warrior who did well for himself despite his disability.

There are many others but I'll bruise my finger typing if I continue to list them all.


Be proud of yourself frens, I have many more projects in mind for the forum.

other than debate, interpersonal and soft skills needed in real world are not taught in our educational system. atleast it was the case in my time, seems to be the case even now.

once i had to take a strong class to a relative newbie, just to teach a basic thing like "you should not negate each other infront of the client, it's business not a popularity contest, when in doubt just say we'll get back to you".

I'm not sure if making political/social comments on this this thread is correct but I have to point out that the worst detractors of Bihar are biharis themselves. About 30% of my college were biharis and all of them shat on their own state. There was one dude that hated blore and wanted to do something in his own state, he went back after graduation started some tuition classes for something .. I asked him about it and his response was .. yahaan ke chutiye kuch sikhne layak hote toh kuch banta ... he asked me for money to set up an immigration business and that's the last I heard of him.
Biharis individually are capable of great things but there is something in the water in Bihar that makes them all retarded if they stay there . It's not a govmint problem .. Its a tatha praja tatha raja situation .
I have no idea how to fix this beyond a pradhan mantri gulag yojna.
 
Ya'll some one I knew met a Spanish couple in flight back to Mumbai from Dubai and they were visiting India for the first time and someone suggested them Mumbai. They go like “ In Mumbai where can we see Elephants crossing the road and people in kurta, turban etc?.” that nibba laughed so hard that everyone looked at him and air hostess came to see if anything is wrong when others heard the sort whole pax and crew were laughing even the pilot.

My cousin had an experience like that when that nibba got the sinkie and Tokyo classmates student exchange to Mumbai. They were like, we didn’t see any snake charmers our 10 days here, why do they always show Indians with turbans playing flute in front of a snake?.

And another cousin had one more experience too, that nibbas friend and collegue from the firm is an accountant in Slovenia who was on for the vacation in Indis, the image of India was straight from 80's Mithuk Chakraborty and Raj Kapoor films and ofcouse, slumdog millionnaire. And that Nibba was pleasantly awed when visited Mumbai.

Bihari wants max reservation and gormint jobs at all costs, for the sole purpose of sitting on his ass and getting some bribes here and there, to obtain this job he will do cheat-maxxing for the sarkar exam, not preparing like the other tribes of Bharat may do.

So the problem literally is Yatha Praja Thatha Raja, even Bhajipao getting full majority there can't fix the people.

I tell you, not just biharis but 100 crore of us are bhuke nange. Every one of them want jobs without any talent. And when they have the job, they don't want to work. There is a massive shortage of people in India with know how at work place. That's why now the companies have started asking for 5-10 years of experience for lower management jobs as well.

More over the retirement age might go up if this continues due to lack of people with know how.

Jhakhand, Chattisgarh and Bihar mein r*ndi bazi ka shauk lag gaya hai nothing else. ( mods can delete this post) but this is a reality. I asked one of the retired veteran of army, he said in that area it is said, suraj ast sheher mast. Every home there specially in rural areas has kamasutra story.
