Key component of that that is the aforementioned materialism-maxxxing, they used the same method to make the Tibetans there loyal to CCP and not to Dalai Lama.

Ofc the CCP also applies the stick to complement the carrot, dunno if GoI can do such a thing covertly, for one they have updated the softwares of Abdullah Sr & Jr for now.

The Plan was way bigger than just killing some labours as you can already see this was not your everyday targeted attack in which 2 trts on a bike shoot civilians with pistols,rather this was a targeted towards the Tunnel Project to kill civilians and then hide in the tunnel and damage it while it will be harder for the forces to neutralise them, this investigation will go long
(These are my own observations after studying the way this attack is conducted)

Modi & Rajnath will do the as usual bs, it's not been a week, and they can't able to stop continuous attack, Rajnath Singh is the most incompetent defence minister, he has more resources but failed to deliver every time, now the attacks are shifting to peaceful area's,
