Till the locals getting brainwashed for jihad by pak madrasas and pak backers these things will continue. Pak keeps infiltrating terrorists and they get sheltered by OWG and local terrorists. We need to re open Papa-3 and clean the locals and radicalised youths. If the local support goes down then pak will find hard to cope with Jihadi infiltration
