Can be but he said he found it on fighter guys profile so the chances are low he is very accurate with his things and was also the one who spotted MK1A before it's FF.

There are many technologies which are being developed like AI, auto pilot, sensors, satnav etc

Too small to be called a true sixth gen but CATS as a whole will put our 4th gen fighters on par with 5th gen if not on par as close as it can be with 4th gen planes.
