Tejas mk2 will start delivery in ~2030.
Rafale f5( with next gen radar) will also complete development and enter service in 2030-2032.

Yeah thats why said Indian rafale . RBe2xg ll be gan based . Don't know much of its specifications . The article cover the over all radar development in india including ground based and virupakhya at a much cheaper rate than what is done by western companies .

It's a solid fuel ramjet, the same as in the Akash 1 and its variants!!

Akash is liquid fueled, much simpler than this.

As always, there is a catch. Batch 2 of 20 per year is "after order placement", meaning order hasn't been placed at the time thus info graphic was released. Just what is stopping them from placing an order, if they are placing order for batch 1, just go ahead and do it for batch 2. You know you need them, you delay that order and then cry why there are no deliveries, for fuks sake, baboos need to get their heads out of their behinds.

It is not . It is a solid fueled ramjet , but the mode of the way the ramjet consumes fuel is vastly different from the SFDR based missile.

I was pretty sure, but digging around a bit shows it is indeed a solid ramjet.
