This is what I am thinking about. The bomber will be literally loiter in IOR for long time and can do stand off strike even with , Nirbhay etc. ER will be 800 Km and Nirbhay at base will give an 1500KM to 2000KM weapon.

Also with an base line HCM this will be god tier plane.

Only problem is one need very high accuracy for Bunker busters. CEP need to be ~3 meters for a perfect hit.

If they wanted numbers in the 2000s itself they should have gone for a J-10/Gripen/mk2 MWF type plane design instead of doing drama over little Tejas.

Other major air forces have this high low combo

US - F-15/F-16
