safe to say that, Pakistani state doesn't have full control over most of the rural and remote Balochistan . those regions are basically no-mans land , no party fully controls them.

What took them so long?

End is near and they can’t survive the bombing so they’re against Hamas now. If you give them survival instincts they start again supporting Hamas.
