I believe they must be paying peanuts to their soldiers. Their total strength of all 3 branches is 650,000. And they have another 550,000 personnel. With only $3 billion for almost a million people, I wonder how much are their salaries in median terms. Does anyone have sources to answer this question? Do the reserved personnel also get salary?

$3 billion / 650,000 = $4,615 per person, if reserved personnel are included then
$3 billion / 1.2 million = $2,500 per person will be the salary per year. I wonder what are they perks?

Since the pensions are separate, their entire budget must be fully consumed by debt servicing and defense budget. Their operating expenses are not much. This does not give them much freedom to train and practice frequently. What are they acquiring for $2.35 billion? If they are imports, great. And with $1.19 billion, military infrastructure development? What exactly that would be?

Most of the corporation/companies in pakistan are controlled by pak military.
They get money from there too.
Estimate 2-5 billion dollars.
Total budget likely is 13-15 billion in dollar terms.

Apart from the Fauji Foundation shenanigans, I think their Chinese weapon purchases are initially paid off Chinese loans themselves.

I don't think they get that much. If it is profits then it will be distributed among top military officers. And they also use that money to build DHA's and other business interests. Little of it might be used for military purposes. But still it is not like we are talking about honest military, lot of it will definitely be swindled through shell companies and moved abroad. Literally all previous army chiefs are abroad. Even Bajwa was enjoying vacation in Belgium after his retirement.

Subcontinent greens are the truest greens, are their leader intended in his book for them to be.
Unfortunately as per his specification their bark should be as good as their bite, but these greens are too cowardly for that lol.
