If America is aware that any missile system which can reach Israel from Pakistan then it is essential to put corrective measures. Sanctioning the entities in Pakistan that are building those missiles is not enough. In addition a hold has to be placed on IMF loans. If that also does not deter Pakistan then all spare parts supply to military hardware supplied earlier has to be stopped. The same advice should be given to all American influence countries to stop supplies immediately.

Somewhere, the Pakistani Army has to be deterred from becoming a major threat for Israel.

I agree but even nuclear proliferation by pakistan, sheltering osama bin laden and playing both sides still could not stop americans from giving aid to pakistan . So I doubt anything will even their weapon trade with
north korea for ding dong misssile did not matter. violating NPT only made USA give F-16
to ensure they had a delivery platform against India.

India has handled the rivalry terribly. Yes Pakis are bad but India has also
made some terrible decision like giving territory gained back to pakis in 1971.
