unfortunately kashmir should be last state/ut/district/city to give any kind of facilities. they dont deserve anything for their bigotry. pakistani doing good treatment to POK, ajad kashmir nd other pakistani also.

Most of the infra has dual use purposes to ferry troops and gear incase the Thrashmiris have a few delusions of AZADI again.
