Failed Terrorist State of Pakistan: Idiotic Musings

Look at the current videos of the Syrian capital, Damascus, on YouTube. Despite 15 years of civil war,it still looks better than most of Delhi.

No, it does not?

Some tourist spots, UNESCO world heritage sites and posh areas (tailor made to to please successive dictators) do not equal the entirety of a city.

Why do you keep making comments like these? Remember that time when you claimed that North Korea had similar GDPPC as India? Or when you claimed Somalia and a bunch of Sub Saharan African nations had better highways than us? Or when you praised the 'development model' of kangluland?

It's like pakis who will post picture of same army housing project for nth time to claim they have better living standards, despite every humanitarian index saying otherwise.

Sub Saharan Africa may have some roads that look better than avg quality of an indian road but even usa will probably have some stretch of road worse than india.

Plus if your highways are constantly being used they tend to look worn out and dirty, it was joke among US military nerds on social media where american military equipment would look beaten up compared to same equipment in saudi army, and reason is that equipment in American hands are always being used thus look used and dirty

Our highways go through myriads of geographies and handle thousands of tonnes of cargo. Posting picture of a random section of highway in some country and claiming they are better is stupid.

Below 1.6 Lac for Kashmir + LoC combined.

Delhi is an exceptional blunder. Most of state capitals and commercial centers, Mumbai, Vadodara, Surat, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Gift, Jamnagar, Pune, Thane, Chennai, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Indore, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Ludhiana, Hisar, Jaipur, Shimla, Dehradun, Noida etc are well managed landscapes by far. Roadside dust though, remains a geographical problem but cityscape is not a mess like Delhi in most of tier 1, 2, 3 or even small towns.
Pawjeets have a vibeposting problem online. They go to some city on youtube from some poor banana republic, see a decent road there... Draft "Even a wartorn city like xyz mogs Endia badly" and then click "Post".

They forget that Delhi itself is a mess because of mass migration, 1st during partition and 2nd afterwards when India became a Republic. Today ~40% of Delhi's population is made up of partition refugees, and this is despite the mass migration from rest of India especially eastern India who came for "better opportunities" due to it being the "capital". Even former "war torn" (read insurgency ridden) regions of India don't have issues that Delhi has.

Why would it? Even Srinagar looks better than that Syrian shithole despite being under almost 4 decades of insurgency and violence in Kashmir. War and violence doesn't harm cities in the long run as much as uncontrolled mass-migration does.
