Biradar if you think they're ACTUALLY thinking of building such a pipeline , I've a bridge to sell you. First Principles - has Tajikistan confirmed participation in such a project ? Secondly which country exports a precious natural resource like water by piping it ? Thirdly it has to transit the Wakhan which is the sovereign territory of Afghanistan. Do you think even if both Tajikistan & Paxtan agree , the Taliban would consent to such a move ?
This is harami Fauji Foundation & allied babucracy aka patwari class plus politicians , industrialists , etc attempting another scam much on the lines of news emanating from Paxtan every now & then of a huge oilfield or gold deposits or something else on those lines. What exactly their aims are remains unknown ?! However it can never be good - for the people of Paxtan or their neighbours.
Good point. Every time it is only the Paki haramis who announce some grandiose investment BS. It never comes from the mouth of people/country/organization who are actually going to do the investment. For example, few months ago a Danish company called Maersk which deals with International shipments and logistics had a talk with Paki politicians. And Paki haramis announced Maersk will invest $2 billion investment. Again nothing official from Maersk itself, but Pork haramis had to boast something to their awaam.

Ministry assures Maersk of ‘full support’ as Pakistan seeks $2bn investment from Danish company
